Q. How is Aegis Proective Services, Inc., Inc. different from other CPR programs I’ve seen?
A. We are first a certified American Heart Association center which means all of our courses are authorized American Heart Association courses for a 2 year certification period.  We also use individual manikins for every class we teach which helps make the class more efficient and greater level of hands on time and practice.  On top of that we are here for you 24 hours/7 days as week so we can train any time, any place!

Q. Do you offer online courses?
A. Yes, Aegis Proective Services, Inc., Inc is now offering this choice in addition to traditional classes.   Please refer to the Online Courses tab for further information on how you can sign up.  Please note that online courses do require the individual to come to any American Heart Association training center that offers Skills Testing such as our office in Mountain Lakes, NJ in order to receive your American Heart Association certification card. 

Q. Do you hold classes at an offsite location?
A. Yes!  Aegis Proective Services, Inc., Inc. will train on site at your location or for smaller classes, you can refer to our class calendar on our home page for upcoming classes right in our office in Mountain Lakes, NJ.

Q. Do you provide all the equipment necessary for the training?
A. Yes. We own our equipment including AED trainers and provide all the necessary paperwork and books required.

Q. Are there any additional charges?
A. Not normally however if there is any damage to manikins, you will be responsible for cost to replace. Instructors will make sure to remind students to take off lipstick and make sure no one is chewing gum before class starts.

Q. How long are the classes?
A. Classes range from 3-6 hours, depending on the type of class needed for that particular organization.

Q. When will we get our CPR card?
A. As soon as payment is received, we send cards within 24 hrs (business day).  For in-house classes at our office, cards are available same day.

Q. How do you take payment?
A. We take credit card, check or cash (cash for in-house classes only).  Once class takes place, you are invoiced within 24 hrs of class (business day).  We ask that payment be remitted within 15 business days or there will be an additional 1.5% charge to your invoice.

Q. What if I lose my card?
A. We are required to keep your card on file for 3 years by American Heart Association guidelines, therefore just give us a call and we will replace it for you for a minimal charge.  A faxed copy can also be provided free of charge.

Q. Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
A. Yes!  Just give us 48 hrs (business days) notice and we will gladly reschedule the class for you.  If you cancel under that time, we do charge 25% of the class cost.

Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. Aegis Proective Services, Inc., Inc. is committed to protecting our client’s privacy. We do not sell, trade or share your personnel information with anyone. We take your privacy very seriously and will always honor the trust that you place in us.
